We are thrilled here at Qube Buildings, to be exhibiting at this year’s 2023 Futurebuild show, at London’s ExCel Centre. The show runs from 7th – 9th March and proves to be a place where both industry leaders and new start-up businesses alike come together, uniting in our innovative design ideas, with a passion to improve the built environment for generations to come. With one goal in mind, the aim is to positively impact the future of modern construction, and take a stand for a better built environment as we move forward.

Futurebuild Show 2023 come and see use on stand Q35

Over the course of the three days, Futurebuild promises to educate, engage and support its attendees and visitors, with cutting edge technology, innovative ideas and sustainable solutions within the construction field.

Qube Buildings will be exhibiting our Bio-SIP systems at the show, alongside our latest range of garden studios ready for installation. Bio-SIP systems are engineered to provide superior insulating properties using fully sustainable materials, including recycled plastic and natural fibres. The PET foam core which sits inside our Bio-SIP’s is derived from 100% recycled plastic. During manufacture tiny closed-cell air pockets are formed within the material. The result of which contributes toward the excellent insulating properties of our Bio-SIP systems. The recycled plastic core is sandwiched between two exterior boards made from natural, organic materials such as flax or hemp fibres. The fibrous material is firstly mixed with a bio-resin to form a strong and watertight exterior, whilst contributing very little weight to the overall product.

Bio-SIP sustainable Building System

Bio-SIP systems provide a light weight, high performance alternative to traditional SIP’s on the current market. When used in the construction of our garden studios, Bio-SIP systems offer unmatched thermal stability, and can help create buildings which conform to Passivhaus standard, an important accreditation to consider in our heading towards a net-zero future.

Our Bio-SIP’s are already at production stage, and have been used in the construction of multiple garden buildings so far. We have discovered along the way that Bio-SIP’s offer excellent sound proofing qualities in addition to their superior thermal performance, making our range of garden buildings suitable for a wide range of uses, both for private and commercial use.

It’s not too late to register. Why not come along and visit us to see what Qube are up to at www.futurebuild.co.uk? You can find us on stand Q35 where Justin, Jaffa and Hannah will be available to answer all your questions. Come and find out about the exciting materials we are engineering, our Bio-SIP systems, and take a look at our range of sustainably made garden studios, ready to install in your own garden…
